About this role
We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to join our Med Surg department in Lincoln, NE. This full-time night shift position runs 6p–6a on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, offering a consistent schedule for the right candidate. The role requires flexibility to float between units as needed, making adaptability and strong clinical judgment essential. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, including 2 or more years specifically in MedSurg. As a Charge Nurse, you will provide leadership on the floor, support your nursing team, and help ensure high-quality patient care throughout each shift. This position offers competitive hourly pay along with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Health, dental, and vision insurance are included as part of the benefits package.
