About this role

Lead a team of LPNs and CNAs caring for 24 long-term residents on our day shift. You will complete assessments, manage care plans, coordinate with physicians and therapy, and support families. Eight-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with one weekend rotation per month.

Prior experience required
